This line was installed in 2020 and decommissioned at the start of 2025. each line was previously doing up to 14 tonnes of product a week, can be used for potatoes, carrots, swede, parsnips etc. Each line consists of: Bin tipper dimensions (with frame) approx 2.670 m wide x 1.91m tall x 2.240 m long, Large boat hopper, Conveyor belt width 500mm x belt length 1900mm long, Elevator with hopper into peeler 3700mm high x 400mm wide, Vegetable/potato batch peeler, Waste water unit, Surge tank with water sprayer, Roller inspection table 900mm wide x 2.9m long, Incline slatted conveyor Belt 400mm wide x 2800m long, Surge tank 600mm wide x 2.3m long, Dip Wheel, Drywhite container, Weigher & bagger with metal detector. Also includes waste conveyors and all associated control panels. This can be sold as a complete line or as individual machines depending on your requirements.
