BTH/500/1000/B Diosna Mixing Bowl Lift

This Diosna Mixing Bowl Lift is designed to lift and tip a large 500 Kgs Bakery Bowl at a discharge height of 1000mm. The Diosna Mixing Bowl Lift is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, is a TIG welded construction throughout and would be bolted to the floor. This Diosna Mixing Bowl Lift was powered via a hydraulic powerpack and tipped the containers by the extension of a pair of stainless steel hydraulic cylinders to an angle of 30 degrees past the horizontal. The hydraulic cylinders are fitted with a safety check valve such that even in the unlikely event of a hydraulic hose failure, the raised bin will not fall to the floor.

Diosna Mixing Bowl Lift Electrical Control

This Diosna Mixing Bowl Lift is fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which is mounted on the main frame at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). Upper and Lower end of travel limit switches are positioned to prevent inadvertent adjustment or damage but are easily adjustable by trained personnel for fine adjustment on site.

The control panel incorporates dual UP and DOWN pushbuttons with a simultaneous control relay for each operation. The Diosna Mixing Bowl Lift operation is based on a ‘hold to run’ principle such that either both ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the Diosna Mixing Bowl Lift to operate, as soon as a button is released, the Diosna Mixing Bowl Lift will stop. The control panel has a volt free pair of contacts which can be used to connect a ‘Call to Run’ signal if required.
