BTM/300/1350/M Dump Buggy Lifter TipperThe Dump Buggy Lifter Tipper was designed to lift and tip a 200 Litre Dump Buggy at a discharge height of 1350mm into an intermediate chute. The Dump Buggy Lifter Tipper was manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, is a welded construction throughout and is designed to be mobile on castors. The lifting is achieved by a ¾” Simplex chain driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the main Dump Buggy Lifter Tipper Electrical ControlThe Dump Buggy Lifter Tipper was fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel mounted on the main column at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). Upper and Lower end of travel limit switches are positioned to prevent inadvertent adjustment or damage but are easily adjustable by trained personnel for fine adjustment on site. The unguarded Dump Buggy Lifter Tipper operates on a ‘hold to run’ principle such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the Dump Buggy Lifter Tipper to operate. As soon as either button is released, the Dump Buggy Lifter Tipper will stop. The control panel has a volt free pair of contacts which can be used to connect a ‘Call to Run’ signal if required. |
