The BOSKA Cheese Cutter Hotelblok Base is specially designed for effortlessly cutting rectangular, rindless cheese blocks—perfect for Cheddar, Roquefort, Blue Stilton, and more. The sturdy frame can be fully customized with separately available components such as partitions, cutting wires, and bases, allowing you to tailor the setup to your exact needs.
Set the cutting wires to any distance you prefer—without fixed increments. With the included screwdriver, adjusting the wire spacing and defining your cutting pattern is simple and precise. For optimal performance, we recommend cutting a maximum of 26 pieces per session. Beyond cheese, the Hotelblok Base is also ideal for cutting other soft food products such as pie crust, cakes, and tofu.
Cut safely and accurately using the handy matching partitions. Because the system uses cutting wires rather than knives, you can work quickly and safely. The partitions provide essential support during slicing and are available in 8 mm (510002) and 12 mm (510005) thicknesses. Options with cheese stoppers are also available, ensuring your cheese stays firmly in place for perfectly even cuts every time.
The entire cutter can be disassembled in moments, making cleaning both easy and efficient. Pair it with the optional base for comfortable working height and smooth mobility.
