Line Width

This specific line is 400mm wide, indicating the maximum product width it can handle.

Components

Typically includes a former (VM400HD), batter and breader units (PR & ER), and an electric fryer (1800/400 model).

Heating Method

The fryer is specified as electric, commonly offering precise temperature control.

Throughput

For a 400mm line, throughput can vary significantly based on product type and fry time, typically ranging from hundreds to over a thousand kilograms per hour.

Material Construction

Units of this type are commonly constructed from food-grade stainless steel for hygiene and durability.

Power Supply

Industrial frying lines typically require a three-phase electrical supply, with voltage and amperage specific to the unit's heating capacity.

Footprint

A complete line with multiple modules will require a substantial floor area, typically several metres in length.
