Ram - Kramer & Grebe U200

• Large-scale meat processing facilities for comminuting fresh or frozen meat.
• Sausage production plants for preparing meat emulsions and fillings.
• Pet food manufacturing for grinding various protein sources.
• Ready meal producers requiring ground meat for their products.

Typical throughput

For this class of industrial grinder, throughput can typically range from 1,500 kg/h to over 3,000 kg/h, depending on the product and plate size.

Power supply

Units of this type commonly require a robust 3-phase electrical supply, typically 400V, 50Hz, with appropriate amperage for industrial motors.

Construction material

As stated, and commonly found on units of this type, the machine is constructed from stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and durability in food processing environments.

Feed system

The 'loader' indicates an integrated feeding system, typically a hopper with an auger, designed for efficient and continuous product input.

Operational speeds

The mention of '2 speeds' typically refers to different auger or grinding head speeds, allowing for versatility in processing various meat types and textures.

Maintenance

The description 'Completely Overhauled New Knife and Blades' suggests this unit has undergone significant maintenance, which is crucial for ensuring optimal performance and longevity for used equipment.

Footprint

Industrial grinders like the U200 typically require a substantial floor area, often around 1.5m x 1.0m, plus space for operation and maintenance access.
