Tech RoboSONIC-Inline XL Cutter With Air Compressor

Previously used to cut trays of marshmallow, this machine is designed to be used to cut the entire length of tray bake, round and loaf type products, ideal for customers with high throughput requirements. As a conveyor-based machine, it can be integrated into an existing line or used as a stand-alone solution.

Fitted with ABB 6-axis robot and 400mm wide blade providing flexiblity, reliability and accuracy. Also has an integrated cleaning tank with air-dry function.

Operated via full colour touch screen with user friendly interface and easy-to-edit programs.

Notes:

The standard-cutter Inline XL uses the same robotics, frame, conveyor, and control as the ultrasonic model and the mechanical blade swap allows you to use standard cutting technology - no ultrasonic vibrations.
