PFM Scirocco Hi-speed Inverted Flow wrapper. The SCIROCCO is specifically designed for high speed M.A.P. (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) of cheeses, breads, fresh pasta, sausages and salami, meats and other products. Between 140 and 400 packs per minute. It currently comes with 4 crimper's per shaft to achieve the higher speeds of 400/min. Two of these could be removed to reduce the output speed if preferred. Previously used to pack cheeses for Sainsbury's.
