It will also run on Compostable Capsules.

Complete with Spreafico Top Loading in-line Cartoner - Year 2017.
This is the latest generation Coffee Capsule Filling and Packing Equipment built by Spreafico Srl. in Italy.
The mechanical stations are moved by a camshaft system.
15" touch-screen operator panel for the utilization and monitoring of the machine function status.
The coffee is dosed through an Auger dosing system which is driven by a brushless motor.
Prearrangement for Nitrogen Tunnel.
In-line weighing system.
Capsules can be closed on top  with Aluminium Foil, micro perforated, filter paper, triplex coupled, PP Lid.
Possibility of inserting filters and diaphragm into the capsule and on its bottom.
This machine can run with coffee, tea or any other soluble product.

Position1: Automatic Load of 6 capsules
Position2: Capsule Insertion
Position 3: Washing & Saturation with Inert Gas
Position 4: Product dosing process
Position 5: Pressing & Cleaning the capsules
Position 6: Weighing the Capsules
Position 7: Die Cutting & Sealing the Lidding film
Position 8: Unloading good pieces and Waste
All automatic stations: Dosing, Cleaning & Die-cutting, can be easily accessed and removed for cleaning and maintenance.
An Industrial Fridge is installed on top which  helps to maintain the right temperature of the Die-Cut during operation and a fast reduction in temperature when taken off.

This connects in-line with the Spreafico SRC6 Capsule line
It comes complete with tooling for both 10 Capsules/ Pack & 20 Capsules /Pack set up.

Changeover is very simple. You have to set the Cartoner to 'Manual', move in front, changing manually 26  x funnel+pocket (using 'jog' button), adjust magazine for empty boxes and press desired recipe on the HMI screen.

It takes approx. 20mins to change from one carton size to another.

The Magazine for empty boxes only needs to be adjusted for different measurements.
