BTM/2P/500/3700/B/G Uline Bulk Container Dumper

This Uline Bulk Container Dumper was designed to lift and tip an Uline Bulk Container (45” x 45” x 33” High) at a discharge height of 3700mm. The Uline Bulk Container Dumper was manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, was a welded construction throughout and was designed to be bolted to the floor. The lifting is accomplished via chains driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the one column with a crossover shaft to the other column. The lift carriage was designed to accommodate the Uline Bulk Container but had an adjustable retaining bar with a range of adjustment in 3” increments over a range of 12” – 18”

Safety Guard to BS EN 14120:2015 Safety of Machinery Guards

The Uline Bulk Container Dumper was supplied complete with a safety guard to meet the guidelines of BS EN 14120:2015 Safety of Machinery Guards. The safety guard is constructed from 40 x 40 x 3mm stainless steel box section and 2.0 stainless steel sheet which encloses the Uline Bulk Container Dumper to a height of 2200mm on all sides with a pair of hinged safety guard doors at the loading position. The guard doors are electrically and mechanically interlocked preventing the Uline Bulk Container Dumper from operating when a door is open. Additionally, the guard doors can only be opened when the lift carriage is at the full down position to prevent access whilst a load is raised.

Uline Bulk Container Dumper Electrical Control

This Uline Bulk Container Dumper is fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which is mounted on the Safety Guard at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). The control panel incorporates the following controls; Up, Down, Guard Release, Emergency Stop and a Reset Facility.

Upper and Lower end of travel limit switches are positioned to prevent inadvertent adjustment or damage but are easily adjustable by trained personnel for fine adjustment on site. The Uline Bulk Container Dumper operation is latched so that pressing the ‘Up’ push button once will raise the lift to the full tip position. Once the product has been discharged, pressing the ‘Down’ push button once will return the machine to the full down position. The control panel has a volt free pair of contacts which can be used to connect a ‘Call to Run’ signal if required.
