The ST600 automatic fish skinner is designed to deliver high yields and can handle very fine, delicate or rough work. The machine is successful in its goal because it is fitted with a smooth skinning roller with cleaning roller system and by applying a minimum of pressure on the fillet. This is how the product is handled very gently and will prevent split tails and damages on the in-or outside of the fillets. As a fail-safe, the blade has a fixed minimum setting, but still is easy to set. Suitable for fresh, thawed or smoked fish, certain whole fish, fillets or portions. Optimal for fine, delicate fish with thin (weak) skin, deepskinning or high-yield skinning, rough and larger fillets, and eel.
