Polin - Industrial Rotary Molder
Polin’s Industrial Rotary Molder NRM HD machine, also known as a high-tech cookie machine, is a versatile rotary molder suitable for molding biscuits and expertly handling a wide range of shortbread dough. This cookie machine is designed to be adaptable to various recipes, making it highly versatile and efficient.
The big diameter feeder roller, with v-shape grooves, grants the perfect filling up of the roller mold in any condition.
The made-in-brass roller mold has engraves molded in acethalic resin, to ensure the easiest biscuit release.
3 independent motors, for feeder roller, mold, and rubber are driving the NRM – HD rotary molder, optimizing the ratio between work speed and product molding.
Knife scraper has two different controls, angle against roller mold and height, adjustable when the machine is running.
A further scraper allows clean up of the conveyor belt and a crosswise-motorized conveyor web collects scraps.
The pneumatic device automatically controls conveyor belt tensioning and avoids skids.
The main electric board with a “touch screen” display LCD and PLC allows independent control of the speed of the motors and index the main speed to the tunnel oven belt.
