The Beltop UNO 275 is a versatile volumetric stainless steel depositor mounted on a compact non-adjustable frame.
Available with 18 litre or 25 litre conical or vertical hoppers.
Two operation modes: foot pedal and handgun switch.
Capable of up to 120 deposits per minute with 100% portion control (1% deviation). Deposit range of 5–275ml with five cylinder sizes available (28mm, 40mm, 52mm, 70mm).
Handles particles up to max 2.5cm diameter. Stainless steel rotation cylinder.
Suitable for both sweet and savoury products from -8°C to +120°C.
Applications include depositing of cake batter, muffins, jam, jelly, fruit filling, cream, mousse, meringue, ice-cream, yoghurt, soup, sauce, mashed potatoes, minced meat, and salad, as well as injection of éclairs, Berliners, and profiteroles.
