Complete Gainsborough GV5 Packing System

Complete powder packing system for manufacturing and filling bags up to 25kg. The plant was purchased in 2017/2018 and has never been installed. The system comprises of the following equipment:

1 x Entecon 1000L stainless-steel powder storage tank.
1 x Entecon AMC blower conveyor with control box.
1 x All-Fill S10 powder filler with agitator and outfeed (2017).
1 x Gainsborough Engineering Co. GV5 vertical form, fill and seal bagging machine (2018) fitted with Markem Imaje Smart-Date X60 thermal printer. Sealing bars - 620mm (horizontal) and 800mm (vertical).
1 x Gainsborough Engineering Co. mobile outfeed conveyor. Infeed - 200mm. Outfeed - 1000mm.
1 x OCS Checkweighers GmbH HC check weigher (2017) to weigh up to 60kg. Type - HC. Weigh table dimensions - 1000mm long x 790mm wide.
Footprint of full system (including space required to operate it safely) - 9m long x 4m wide x 6m high.
