The Ultracut Filou is an automatically working ultrasonic cutting machine for cutting squares, rectangles, sheets, and round cakes in portions.
Products are placed manually on the cutting table, the program is started via touch screen, and the cutting process works stepwise.
Features a 12" wide ultrasonic blade, industrial PLC control, electronic safety light curtain, and a hygienic blade cleaning station using fresh water and compressed air at periodic intervals.
A knife guard prevents major damage to the blade by automatically stopping the machine if it hits a hard surface.
Comes with two cutting tables for different products, standard diagonal cut included.
Can handle products in trays or on boards (max 16½" x 24⅜") and round products up to 11¾".
Cutting time is approximately 0.8–2.0 seconds per cut.
The whole machine is designed for easy and fast cleaning based on EHEDG guidelines. Stainless steel housing on casters.
Includes Module 1 remote modem for service technician access. Packed in a wooden box.
