Doinghaus - Döinghaus Ultracut Nado Ultrasonic Cutting Machine
The Ultracut Nado is a multifunctional, automatically working ultrasonic cutting machine with conveyor belt feed.
Products are placed on the conveyor belt against a product stop, automatically detected, conveyed into the machine, centered, and cut under program control.
Equipped with a 20 kHz ultrasonic unit with a 12" wide titanium blade, industrial PLC, and touch screen for easy recipe creation and storage — with a simulation mode to preview cutting patterns without product.
Features maintenance-free servo drives for longitudinal, transverse, rotation, and lifting axes.
Handles products in trays or on boards (max 23½" x 31½") and round products up to 11¾". Cutting time is approximately 0.8–2.0 seconds per cut.
Includes an electronic safety light curtain, three safety doors with safety switches, a blade guard with automatic stop, and a blade cleaning station using fresh water and compressed air.
Stainless steel machine frame with fixable and height-adjustable feet. The entire machine is designed for easy cleaning based on EHEDG guidelines.
No complex changeover needed between cutting patterns, and the blade does not need sharpening.
