FAM TS-1D, allows precise high speed slicing while maintaining an excellent slicing quality. The high speed of the knives produce uniform slices with a smooth surface and a minimum of breakage. The design of the machine results in easy maintenance and improved hygiene. The spiral discharge chute will reduce the speed of the product resulting in whole, unbroken slices. All parts are in stainless steel (304).
