This is currently located in Southern France where it was being roasted on daily providing speciality grade roasted coffees to the owner's several coffee shops.
It comes complete with an external Cyclone for chaff collection. Fitted with Atmospheric Gas Burner (Low Nox).
Fitted with 4 Direct Drive Motors for Drum, Cooling Tray arms, Roaster fan and Cooling Fan for quiet running and low maintenance.
Adjustable air flow either automatically or manually.
It can roast and cool simultaneously, thereby creating potential output of 12Kg per hour.
