Double walled drum with specially designed paddles to ensure optimal movement and mixing of beans in the drum for excellent roasting results. The flow of hot air that allows for convection roasting which is controlled and adjusted by manual damper. Will both roast and cool simultaneously to allow for increased throughput with two separate fans for cooling and roasting. Separate Cyclone with high efficiency for separating chaff and easy emptying of chaff. Fitted with 4 x Separate Premium Efficiency IE2 Motors. All direct drive reducing noise levels and low maintenance. Drum Drive, Cooling Tray arms, Roaster fan & Cooling Fan. Easy Operator control with Sight Glass to check flow of beans in drum 2 x Thermocouples (Temperature Probes) for bean and exhaust. Atmospheric gas burner - low emmissions (Low NOx) with complete gas train and all safety features. Fully insulated with high temp insulation blanket making the roaster very quiet and high energy efficient. Electric control board for checking and controlling the roasting process, with digital temperature displays, ON/OFF switches, emergency button and all security components. Side and rear doors for ease of access and maintenance. Service Hours Counter included. Operation: Left sided.
