It has a batch capacity of 25lbs or 12Kg. It can roast from 3Kg to 12Kg per batch and depending on profiles will roast up to 4 roasts per hour, so potentially up to 100lbs/48Kg per hour. It is set-up to run on Natural Gas and requires only single phase electrical connection 220V – 50Hz. It comes complete with Cyclone and built-in Afterburner to the cyclone.
