Materials of construction

Product contact parts are typically constructed from food-grade stainless steel and plastics, ensuring hygiene and durability.

Throughput

Throughput for this class of equipment is typically operator-dependent when using a handgun, but can achieve several dozen deposits per minute with experienced use.

Maintenance requirements

Generally low, involving routine cleaning of product contact parts and periodic checks of seals and pneumatic components.

• What types of products can this depositor handle?

The Unifiller Elf Depositor is designed for a wide range of viscous products, including batters, creams, fillings, sauces, and purees. Its suitability depends on the specific product viscosity and particulate content.

• Is this unit suitable for continuous production?

• What is the benefit of a depositing handgun and foot pedal?

• Are spare parts readily available for Unifiller equipment?

• What cleaning procedures are required?

Food processing depositors are valued for their precision and consistency in portioning ingredients across production lines. Buyers typically prioritise machines with reliable deposit mechanisms, easy-to-clean designs for hygiene compliance, and straightforward control systems. Used units generally perform well when maintained properly, though inspecting wear on depositing heads and seals proves essential. Industry sentiment favours models offering flexibility across product types. Stainless steel construction and accessible spare parts availability are considered advantageous when selecting secondhand equipment.
