    Baader 200 Salmon filleting machine in good working order. Video available on request. Machine for producing fillet of salmon, trout and the same fish species. It processes gutted and headed fish with or without collar bone. The fish is feed through the tools in such manner that the fillets does not get any stress - it is a prerequisite for a smooth surface of the cut. The salmon version produces both fillets with and without collar bone, and after adaptation, salmon sides on which the rib bones are retained.
