Baader 421 Heading Machine

• Processing white fish in medium to large-scale fish processing plants.
• Preparing fish for further processing such as filleting or gutting.
• Use in seafood factories requiring high throughput heading operations.
• Integration into automated fish processing lines.

Typical capacity

For this class of equipment, throughput can typically range from 30 to 60 fish per minute, depending on fish size and operator efficiency.

Power supply

Units of this type commonly require a 3-phase electrical supply, typically 400V, 50Hz.

Suitable feed size

This model is designed for white fish typically ranging from 35cm to 80cm in length.

Heading method

The Baader 421 utilises a V-cut heading method, which is efficient for removing the head with minimal waste.

Construction material

Machinery for fish processing is typically constructed from stainless steel to ensure hygiene and corrosion resistance.

Water consumption

Units commonly require a continuous water supply for cleaning and lubrication during operation.
