Probat GP12 Coffee Roaster for sale. This has been roasting very successfully at a small coffee roastery in Essex for the last 35 years. It has had two gas gauges fitted in the last 5 years to allow control over both burner rails. It is fitted with a full modulating gas burner running on LPG Propane gas. It has had some new cooling tray stirring arms parts fitted in the last 2 years, supplied by Probat. It is also fitted with 2 x Temperature probes for Bean temperature and Exhaust temperature which have been used to run on Artisan roast profiling software. It has a solid double walled drum and built-in Cyclone under the cooling tray. It has been regularly serviced and is available immediately. It is missing a sightglass on the front face plate and it could benefit from being repainted, but mechanically it is sound and has been producing some award winning coffee.
